Here's an update from The Globe's Oliver Moore, who is at Mr. Ford's lawyer's office. Lawyers involved in the case are receiving the judgement momentarily, an hour before it will be released publicly:
"He just arrived at the building, which seems to have put on 3-4 extra guards to keep media out." -

A large media scrum is awaiting reaction outside Mr. Ford's office.
Councillor Doug Holyday, the deputy mayor, is speaking to reporters. He is talking about Mr. Ford's accomplishments and says his opponents are using the courts to try and oust him.
