Decision in Mayor’s appeal of conflict of interest case released Friday

Rob Ford stays on as Toronto’s Mayor after winning his appeal of a conflict of interest conviction.
However, Clayton Ruby, the lawyer for the citizen who brought the action against Mr. Ford, says he will ask the Supreme Court to consider an appeal of the decision.
